Pros: Working at Uber speaks for itself, as here you have the opportunity to work on projects with direct impact on millions of people worldwide.
The nature of the challenges is at a level I had never seen before, which makes you evolve and grow as a professional and as a person. For me, this is one of the biggest benefits of working here.
Not to mention that I have the opportunity to work with people of a very advanced technical level, from various parts of the world, from various cultures.
Salaries and benefits go far beyond the average.
Cons: The only negative point I've seen so far was the possibility of having on-call shifts, which can demand extra effort and time. However, the interval between on-call shifts tends to be long, not impacting the experience as a whole.
