Pros: Challenging problems to solve, smartest coworkers in the business, beautiful office space.
Lots to keep an engineer busy, as evident by the growing number of 4+ year employees (only a 5-year-old company!).
Cons: Lots of work, passionate coworkers, and tireless management lead to work-life balance difficulties. Luckily, most days, being in the office with coworkers is more stress-relieving than holing up in a coffee shop to work by yourself.
