There are two rounds of phone technical interviews, mainly about coding questions. After the first round, the recruiter told me there would be a final round. Some of my friends got three rounds.

Pros: It is great to know that a huge user base consumes your work. Great people to work with, who are generally happy and willing to collaborate.
Cons: Working in such a large company can make it very hard to have a good grasp on the big picture.
Teams all have deadlines, so cross-team collaboration needs to be planned well in advance.
