Pros: Pay is the only thing to look up to at Uber.
Cons: The TLM role at Uber is a confused role in itself. Leadership expects you to be a manager, but your direct manager expects you to be an individual contributor. Directions from leadership are very vague.
Expect zero support from a team which is full of politics.
