- Great flexibility.
- The people are simply amazing.
Recruitment and HR leave much to be desired.
Recruiters make false statements to try and convince you at all costs, and in the final stage, they apply a lot of pressure for you to accept the offer immediately.
After a few months, I noticed that the salaries and benefits are not competitive at all.
They don't give clear information about growth within the company.
