Downsizing in Sofia
A year ago, it was a great place to grow and do meaningful work. Still, there are some good engineers.
The Sofia location is downsizing. A few floors will be released. No new projects are planned, and replacements have been stopped in favor of managers and engineers from India. Most Sofia engineering leads left the company in the last couple of months, following the engineering site lead's departure. Before that, a few experienced product managers left. The big wins in engineering and technology seem to be over.
