Great environment, good salaries/hourly rates, wonderful perks, very good and open-minded employees, and challenging and innovative work always.
Premature startup with refreshingly little change control and process, but this lends to some disorganization and disconnect between departments. Somewhat of a popularity contest for advancing in the company. Very long hours frequently, and co-workers look down on others that don't put in extra time.
Solidify relationships between teams and streamline efforts, while maintaining the startup benefit of low "process overkill," such as complex change management.
