Pay is the only thing to look up to at Uber.
The TLM role at Uber is a confused role in itself. Leadership expects you to be a manager, but your direct manager expects you to be an individual contributor. Directions from leadership are very vague.
Expect zero support from a team which is full of politics.
It was rigorous but exciting, and I learned a lot. There were multiple coding challenges as well as people interviews. I had an overall good experience, despite not getting the role. I will try again another time.
