Great teammates all around.
Decent WLB (mainly because there is not a lot to work on anymore).
- Complete lack of opportunities/mobility within Uber, after we were told otherwise.
- Only some roles are being considered to transition to Uber teams (a lot nepotism is perceived) without backfilling, crippling existing teams.
- Complete silence from upper management regarding what is going to happen next. They probably don't know yet anyway; the expectation is layoffs will happen in the near future.
- Therefore, nothing much to work on, career path options are zero.
