The recruiter briefly introduced his background and checked my background. Then, he asked some technical questions about algorithms, data structures, and C++ concepts. He also inquired about my experience with specific tools.

The process is okay. That guy looks busy, and I made a small mistake in the coding process. I asked him if he had any hints. He went like, "Oh, I don't know anything about Java," bla bla.

I was invited for a phone screen interview by an Uber recruiter. I took a day's leave for the interview, but it was cancelled about three hours beforehand without any reason provided. They should respect and value someone else's time.
