You can overwork yourself, but coming from multiple early-stage startups, it seems normal to me. The key is to take time when you need it and work as a team.

Software Engineer I
Applied via LinkedIn and was redirected to Uber’s careers page. The application was straightforward—resume only, no cover letter required—and the experience section was quick to fill out. Shortly after, I received an online assessment invitation.
