Uber is a company that is always growing, expanding, and seeking new businesses. Because of this profile, there are always opportunities within the company. We also see a high rate of people being promoted, and personally, I have no issues with Uber's leadership, much less with my direct manager. The company continues to innovate, and the sense of belonging is very strong, even when working remotely. The company's benefits are excellent; they are incomparable to other companies I've worked for.

Being innovative and, ultimately, having this startup feel, there are always ups and downs. However, if you do your job and always look for internal opportunities, you will continue to evolve.
