Best company I've ever worked for to date.
Although it hasn't been long, I can already list several things that, over time, I have always sought.
- Constant technical challenge
- Constant technical/non-technical learning
- Very clear career path vision
- Mentorship programs
- Encouragement to try, fail, and learn (failing is not a problem, persisting in error is)
- Managers are, in fact, facilitators: they listen to you, help you, guide you.
- Partnerships with publishers
- Weekly meetings with your managers and peers to help you and exchange experiences.
It's not exactly a drawback, but the volume of information is abyssal. It's very common to be a little intimidated at first, but you get used to it over time.
