Some of the old Uber is returning unchecked. In particular, the bad managers are now rising up after hiding, and there are stories of intimidation and fear to control people. Today, I heard a manager telling very new and junior staff, while talking about money and stock at their work area, that Uber only knows about them what he tells them. Don't give up on the changes. They have been great, but the change has to be ongoing.
