Uber

As a new grad, I am given the opportunity to learn a ton and work on cool things that impact users and other employees throughout the company. I feel like my work does have an impact on the company as a whole. I have never felt like I have been treated like a "junior" engineer.

The culture at Uber is pretty awesome. It's very social. We have kegs in the office and there are quite a few social events, so it's pretty fun.

Since you work on things that matter, when you break something, you have to fix it. Not really a big problem, as I believe engineers should be responsible for fixing things they break. I've had to kill a few Saturdays fixing a mistake I made on Friday.

Work hard to keep the culture startup-like as we continue to grow like crazy.
