• Very nice people (yes, really)

Just before I joined earlier this year, I was very skeptical about Uber given all the negative things I had read in the press. After I joined, I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that none of that is true. Now I am sure there were isolated bad incidents in the past which should have been handled differently. But the vast majority of the people here are just nice people!

A tiny bit disorganized, which is understandable given the speed at which we are growing.
