Teams are generally supportive. Things are very transparent. You can easily access tools across orgs or use shared common tools.
Not much for now. I will update if I've noticed more in the future.

SWE New Grad
Attempted the CodeSignal General Coding Assessment—intense but fair. It covered algorithms, data structures, and edge cases. The time pressure was real, but the problems were diverse and tested logical reasoning and coding efficiency.

It was pretty okay. I went through their whole process, but I didn't pass. There were 5 coding interviews, and the process lasted almost 1 month, which I considered fast. I don't know much else to say, but I think that new grads should apply because
