Good environment for work. Friendly people, everyone has a good disposition to collaborate.
Chaotic rhythm of work. Everyone has a lot of projects simultaneously.
Internal justice in salaries and compensations doesn't exist. HR is the worst department of the company.

Long, heavy LeetCode testing. Had to go through 5 different interviews for an entry-level position, including soft skills and technical testing, but very transparent regarding what to expect and how to prepare for each step.
Frontend Engineer
It's a phone screen, and then you have a technical interview where you have to develop a mini app in the language that you are going to be working with (React, in my case).
Backend Engineer
Friendly process that helps you understand what they do and what you will be helping with in the company. The only issue is that sometimes it feels very stretched out.
