The process started well with the recruiter contacting me, and then I went through the first interview with the VP and Director. The second interview was with two Managers, the third interview with a Data Engineer and a HackerRank assessment, and the fourth was a big project assignment presentation.
The recruiter ghosted later on. Based on multiple follow-ups, they only responded that the hiring team is taking time to understand their need for a skill set for this position. After that, I never heard back.
I totally wasted one month of my time preparing and hoping to get the job. In the end, I learned that the hiring team themselves don't know what they want from their own position, and that's after four rounds of interviews.
