Horrible experience. No professionalism. The recruiter said my interview went great and I would be flying for the next rounds. All of a sudden, I received an automated rejection mail. No proper response even on follow-up. I understand scenarios change and an employer can say no any time. But after couple of months of efforts from my side, rejecting with an automated mail is too harsh. The recruiter who was working my process had left the job. Serious waste of time.
