Pros: You get free access to all courses.

Cons: Probably one of the most messy and unstructured companies I've ever worked for. The Django stack is unacceptable. If you have written Python/Django at scale, the code is spaghetti for no good reason. Security is a joke. Architects have no clue what's going on, and people from the past are just waiting to cash out their precious pre-IPO stocks and run away. If you are a seasoned engineer, find a better place.

Pros: The mission to deliver education to all that want it is a massive one. Truly great people.

Cons: Engineers on product teams may feel underwhelmed and unchallenged by very conservative tech and processes.

Pros: Company culture and the teams were great.

Cons: Upper management's decisions change frequently. They did not adapt salaries according to Turkey inflation rates.
