There were 3 interviews: 2 technical, one with the VP of Engineering, and a take-home project.
The first interview was on-site. The culture and the environment seemed cool.
Then they asked me to develop a small project with Django.
The second technical interview was on Skype, and I was asked web-related questions.
Though I thought I had a successful interview, I have not heard anything from them since then.
No phone calls, no emails, nothing.
This is not okay.
After spending hours on your interview process, you should at least thank me for trying and kindly tell me that I am not a good fit.
Your behavior made me feel worthless.
