They ask for three very thorough references in advance. That was kind of ridiculous.

Pros: Very fun company to work with. The engineering team, as well as the rest of the team, is very smart, funny, humble, and open for change and opinion. Just a great bunch of guys and gals to work with.
There is also a lot of trust. No one looks over your shoulder. They trust you will get work done, and there is also a lot of support to help get work done.
Cons: I honestly can't think of any. I guess if they had a teleporter so I don't have to bart from the East Bay, that would be great.
