The interview process was awesome for me. All the people I interacted with there were super patient and friendly, including two engineering directors and the head of HR.
I had a technical phone interview with the director. It didn't go as smooth as I'd wish for, but the director was very encouraging and patient to walk me through that question to the end.
I got an onsite opportunity afterwards, where I had four rounds of interviews on their campus and a lunch break in between. The lunch was such a unique experience for me: they invited the full engineering team - a total of 10+ people - and we chatted and ate together. It was quite a pleasant and relaxing experience for me.
I was extended an offer after the onsite interview.
As I was not sure which offer to choose, they offered to chat with me several times, including the two directors that interviewed me and the head of HR. They were really nice and patient with me.
I would highly recommend it to my friends based on my own experience with them.
The phone interview was a typical coding question. The four onsite interview questions were all around designing systems and products.
