The original culture of collaboration is dead. Toxic people and poor leadership led to culture loss.
Recent layoffs lowered morale to unimaginable levels. Teams affected are in terrible shape. The way it was managed was not good.
Leadership seems to only be focusing on numbers, with no real strategy and no real problem-solving. They are rather only trying to cut costs without a clear vision.
There have been LOTS of leadership changes, not for the good. Good leaders are leaving, replaced by bad ones.
Focus on the people that build your product and that feed your marketplace.
