Had 3 phone interviews and 4 onsite interviews. They made sure that I met the whole team for which they were hiring. It was a good opportunity to see first-hand how they work and their experiences.

Initial phone screen. It took about a week for them to get back to me after I submitted my resume.

Two tests of one week duration, as many interviews as they think they need. The bad part is the process isn't very clear from the beginning, so you may have more or fewer interviews depending on what they could evaluate from the previous ones.
