The entire company has a growth mindset. The compensation is competitive, the benefits are great, and the culture is fantastic, even with a 100% remote workforce during COVID. The opportunities to learn and grow, both in your career and personally, seem endless. This is the best company I've ever worked for.
I haven't seen any cons.
Recruiting call Hackerrank test - 3 MCMR, 2 coding questions Phone screening - 1h Onsite interview - 4h They tried to assess my background by asking technical questions in the phone screening. There were OOP and system design sessions besides a codi
I applied for this position from the Udemy website. They called me after three weeks. The interview was fine, but the later process was awful. They did not communicate with me, even though they said they would return [my call/an update] in two weeks.
Two tests of one week duration, as many interviews as they think they need. The bad part is the process isn't very clear from the beginning, so you may have more or fewer interviews depending on what they could evaluate from the previous ones.
