Since we were the first cohort of interns for a while, it felt like they weren't fully prepared for interns, so the work drastically differed in difficulty, in my opinion.
Recruiter call: Basic formality questions on interests, location, etc. Hiring Manager call: Resume overview and past projects discussion. Tech Interview: One LeetCode-style question (medium-hard) (LeetCode + SQL) and 4-5 SQL questions.
First round: LeetCode problem. Second round: Found need to do system design. Third round: Need to talk with manager about your expectations and background check. Work is hybrid; you can also work remote.
