Release Manager Interview Experience - Bellevue, Washington

Process

The interviews themselves were very easy, but the overall process was very frustrating. Over the course of the interview process, the recruiter would go silent for a month between interviews, cause lots of rescheduling to accommodate UI Path, and provide no response to emails.

Every time I did interview, the details of the job changed significantly and always for the worst (mandatory on-site, super early start times, etc.). These changes wouldn't have been so bad, except that they weren't upfront about them, even when directly asked.

Questions

Very basic questions about process improvement, release checklists, and experience.

Didn't seem like they knew what they were looking for.
