Pros: Good benefits and a nice office. The location you can’t beat and good engineering talent.
Cons: The company is not giving an honest outlook on the future.
This market is gone now with the advent of AI.
If you want to really understand the inner workings of the company, the co-founder left and the CFO that was there before IPO left because they visualized the challenges ahead.
