I interviewed for the role of an RPA Developer during these pandemic times. The entire interview process was held virtually.
The role was based in Bangalore, India.
The process consisted of:
The process started with an email from UiPath to take up a HackerRank test. The test was fairly straightforward, with 10 aptitude questions (MCQ) and 2 coding questions.
After about 3 days, I was asked to attend the next round of interview. This round was a hands-on round, where I was given 2 tasks and asked to complete them within 30 minutes. This was followed by some more RPA questions.
The next round was with a Solution Architect. This round included questions on OOPS, C#, RPA, and UiPath implementations. Some behavioral questions were also posed.
These two rounds happened within 2 weeks, but then I had to wait for about a month for the next round.
The next round was with a Delivery Lead. OOPS concepts and C# knowledge were tested primarily. The interviewer also presented some implementation scenarios and asked me how I would approach these situations.
The last step was an interview with the Vice-President. This was a casual interview where he just wanted to know more about me and my personality. He also briefed me on what it is like to work with them, their future plans, and their goals.
The hiring manager reached out to me after a couple of days and made a formal offer.
