Process

The interview process involved:

  • A preliminary discussion with HR (cold call).
  • Two interviews: one with HR and a technical interviewer, and another with a technical interviewer.

I liked the interview process. It wasn't solely a Q&A style; it was a discussion around various topics. I appreciate this format because it offered the liberty to showcase my strengths while also being challenged to think on the spot. In areas where I lacked significant experience, I disclosed this beforehand. I was pleasantly surprised that they rephrased questions into more familiar terms, such as explaining database isolation levels through locking schemes in a predetermined scenario.
