There used to be a lot of perks. Now they are cutting the benefits like crazy.
I don't even know what's going to be left of all the initial perks.
Immature management, successful through sheer luck and promoted as such.
They believe in a market that isn't there and set expectations and objectives accordingly.
Too much politics amongst management and a lot of desperate hires, which has damaged some of the culture.
Go back to what made this a great place to work. Listen to employee grievances and focus more on the customer experience.
Please stop hiring VPs/Directors from different domains who don't even have a basic understanding of RPA technology. Their arrogance and attitude are not something that we need leaders for.
