I was reached out to via LinkedIn by a lady from the recruitment team.
I had a phone interview with her not long after, and was asked to provide a CV. I was promised a follow-up with a technical test a few days later, but then heard nothing.
I didn't even receive a thank you for sending my CV, even though we initially had a nice conversation on LinkedIn.
Nearly two months later, I finally heard back that my application would not be considered for the role.
It's quite disappointing and unprofessional, unfortunately, for a company like Unity.
