An initial screening call was followed by a Codility test. The Codility test comprised three short questions within a 10-minute time limit.
I did not pass the coding test. I found it to be very hard due to the time constraint. The questions did not match the sample tests I had taken previously, which allowed 20 minutes per question.
With only 3 minutes per question, I did not feel it was a fair or reasonable test of abilities for a junior role.
