Pros: Great recruitment process. Lawrence was amazing and really informative. He was also really supportive when I needed advice on my counter offer. The onboarding is also really good. Culture is really relaxed; they seem to let you get on with what you need to and trust you to do the right thing.
Cons: None that I can think of as of yet.
