Working at Unity used to be something you would feel proud of. Over the years, the company has shifted from a nice mentality of dynamic and get-things-done towards bullshit AI, Metavers, DigitalStupidTwins, nonsense projects, etc.
There is no doubt that something is wrong with upper management. They literally laughed in our faces by getting big, massive bonuses while cutting all our benefits. This wouldn't be such a problem if they hadn't cut the promotion cycle. "In it together"? Really? Is this how together we are? The company is rigged!
Go home, seriously, go home.

1. The initial Zoom call with the recruiter (Andy) was fantastic. I had a great discussion talking about myself, my current work, and more about Unity. This part of the interview was overall very pleasant. 2. The second interview was with a manager.
I only had a phone interview with HR. I was asked behavioral questions, and everything went well. However, it seems they decided not to move forward with my application.
