I applied online and had an initial call with HR. They were highly disinterested the whole time talking to me. They were very rushed and barely asked questions. I could easily tell that I was wasting their time. Needless to say, I was rejected. This process was very unprofessional.

Pros: Typical Series C startup executing on a very convincing strategy. There's a lot to build this year, and the team is growing a lot. Generally high talent density compared to the tier 1 fintech startups out there.
Cons: Lots to build with relatively rigid timelines. The company is pushing R&D teams to perform with higher productivity.

Pros: Engineers are talented and have low egos.
The engineering culture is collaborative, which makes it a great place to work.
Leadership is pragmatic and constantly moving us in the correct direction for the business.
Cons: This isn't a 9-to-5 job. There's an expectation to work pretty hard to meet company objectives. Sometimes, it can be stressful.
Higher performance-based bonuses could be nice.
