The first round is a recruiter screen, followed by a coding problem.
My interviewer for the second round was late for 5 minutes. There were no apologies, and she did not make up for it. She abruptly ended the interview, saying "time's up." She did not even give me the chance to ask questions.
The question was fairly straightforward on the surface, but it's easy to overthink and attempt all sorts of optimization. All along, I pointed out all these issues and questions, but I got no help from the interviewer at all. I was told to do whatever I wanted and make whatever assumptions.
Overall, not a great experience as the interviewer was disengaged. I did not get to move beyond this round.
A simple SQL-related coding question.
