Process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.

Completely absurd interview process. Had 8 conversations with HR and engineers over the course of two months. Additionally, there was a take-home test that requires the applicant to go spelunking in some RF data they provide. They also conducted a Zoom interview during which I was tasked with describing potential solutions to problems in the domain of real-time signal processing at the edge. These questions are essentially abstractions of the overarching problem they are trying to solve. I even had an interview with the CEO, who said he'd love to hire me. They unofficially offered me a position, and then pulled the rug out from under me at the last minute. They never gave me an explanation, and when I asked them why, they didn't respond to me. Very poorly executed. This company clearly has leadership and organization issues. I would not recommend applying or working for them. The problem they're working on is fascinating, but unfortunately management seems rather indecisive.
