- Things are always improving, and problems are raised and fixed.
- It is a modern software product facing interesting scaling challenges.
- Not a lot of support when first joined, little good live mentorship, and difficult to feel part of the team culture remotely
- Schedule pressure is very stressful; this job takes over evenings and occasional weekends
- Very high expectations and a difficult path to promotion
