I applied online. The process took 1 week.
I had an interview with the recruiter and then a technical interview with an engineer from a different team than the one I was interviewing for. The interview with the recruiter was typical and a good experience. The technical one less so.
It was a really simple engineering problem, but the interviewer seemed like he had no training in doing interviews. During the coding portion, he never let me move past a "mistake" without correcting me on it. You could tell he didn't want me to solve the problem the way I would, but rather the way he would. I don't feel like they learned anything about me other than I have a different programming style than the engineer they had interview me.
A simple question about determining if a function's parameters met a set of ~3 criteria.
