The process took roughly 4 weeks from application to offer. However, it could have been much quicker if my schedule had been freer during the process. The team is very responsive, and everyone I met along the way was pleasant.
A few business days after applying online, I received an invitation to schedule a behavioral video call with a recruiter (Round 1). This call focused on discussing my background, experience, and goals, and answering behavioral questions.
A few hours after the call, I received a link to complete the next step: an online coding challenge (Round 2). I had 80 minutes to complete two easy-to-medium LeetCode-style questions.
After successfully completing this and waiting for one of their engineers to review my code, I was invited to participate in a 3-hour virtual "team day" interview (Round 3). This included casual conversation about myself and their engineer development program, behavioral questions, a technical interview, and discussion about my experience and various essential programming principles.
