If you land on the right team, the work can be really great. Nobody on my team ever works weekends or late nights. I feel really fortunate to be on the team I am.

If you land on the wrong team, it seems it can be terrible: late Friday night releases, working weekends, etc.

Unlimited PTO actually means 15 days. I don't really know anyone here who wishes we just didn't have normal vacation time rather than this ambiguous policy. The message is because it's about getting your work done, not time. But then managers are told to actually keep things around 15 days.

Pay is average; you could probably get better somewhere else in Silicon Valley.

Raises aren't negotiable.

401k match is only $2,000 a year.
