Good Pay, No Growth
Money was good because I got in early.
No upwards momentum at all. Usually, expanding companies will uplevel employees, but not this place. The dinosaurs that run this place want to make sure they get theirs without spreading the wealth around. It feels like a zero-sum game, even though by company standards, it has no business being that way.
The entire middle management layer should be rinsed out. There's too much politics and managers with a "got mine" attitude. It's not a healthy environment.
