Difficult leadership and mixed values
Exciting problems pushing the limits of web technologies. Other engineers are wonderful people and a pleasure to work with.
From the top down, there is a mix of values that results in fairly poor management. From micromanagers to outright quiet firing, even if the engineering was 10/10, day-to-day is stressful and not worth it. There are other companies with a healthier culture worth working for.
