Management does not respect their words, previous OKRs, and our relationship with partners. They make shortsighted projects, in order to take money from partners, and then throw the projects away.
Based on this strategy of projects, every project is a mess. You cannot gain tech growth by throwing away projects, and you cannot gain scope increase with these temporary projects.
