Rigorous company with some great employees. Everyone I've worked alongside has been very good at their jobs and worked well with others. As an engineer, you get exposed to a variety of technologies. Being the company they are, the rigorousness in the development process is very strict, which may or may not suit your style, but is certainly a learning experience!
Regular reorganizations. Management above a certain level seems largely concerned with looking impressive to those above them, far more than actually managing those below them.
Having said that, this does affect many large corporates, and I'm sure it's no worse than many other companies of a similar size.
Still potentially irritating though!
