Excellent pay/bonuses.
The CEO seems to be a good person and actually cares about employees.
Very difficult to claim benefits (FSA) due to non-standard providers and plans.
Every claim ends up being a battle to get coverage paid.
Odd culture; many people have been there 10-20 years, stuck in their ways, and use old technology.
Unless you are in the "boys club" with the select few, your career won't go anywhere.
Don't rock the boat, keep quiet, and don't ask questions.
It's no longer 1999. Time to move forward.
