Compensation is very generous for aggressive, politically active employees. It is generous for those who are well-connected or those that did a good job of negotiating when they came in. But if you depend on the goodwill of management for generous compensation, you will be disappointed.
The disrespect shown to employees, the promotion of politically connected employees who are unqualified for their positions, and the utter lack of accountability for mistakes and poor job performance for politically connected employees. This has led to a lack of communication with management and low morale.
What senior management? The CEO and CFO are temporary.
